Program Rules - Refer A Friend:
To earn a $25 referral credit, you need to sign up for the Freedom Mobile Refer A Friend program at freedommobile.ca/refer by providing your name, a valid email address, and your Freedom Mobile phone number. You must accept the program Terms & Conditions. Only individuals with whom you have a personal relationship will be valid.
Here are the basic rules, although please see the Terms & Conditions for complete program rules:
Rules for Referrers (Existing Freedom Mobile customers)
- You must be an active Freedom Mobile customer with an account in good standing (not suspended or cancelled), and be subscribed to a minimum $25/month* Prepaid or Postpaid consumer rate plan.
- You need to sign up for the Refer A Friend program before referring your friends. Visit the Refer A Friend website, select "Refer Now!" and follow the prompts.
- You can only refer new Freedom Mobile customers who activate a new account. You cannot refer yourself, new customers to your own account, or other existing customers who have already activated with Freedom Mobile.
Rules for the Person Referred (Non- Freedom Mobile customers)
- You have 30 days from the time you receive the referral until you have to 'claim' the offer by visiting the Refer A Friend website and signing up for the program by selecting "Get Your Reward!" and following the prompts.
- You must sign up for the program before activating your new service.
- Within the next 30 days after claiming the offer, you must both activate a new service with Freedom Mobile on a minimum $25/month* Prepaid or Postpaid consumer rate plan, and then return to the Refer A Friend website to enter your new Freedom Mobile phone number. This will allow us to verify your account.
